At times fear can grip you and cause you to stagnate. Excuses and procrastination are distracters to your destiny and path to greatness. What has been my saving grace is my support system, which consists of my family with my mom being my biggest supporter? One thing about my mom and dad, even when I felt like giving up on myself at different times in my life they always pushed me through it. Self-doubt is like cancer, it eats away at your self-worth and greatness.
In every little girl, there is a woman waiting to come out, just waiting for her chance at life. To explore her talents and opportunities.
When you truly find the woman in you, there will no longer be a question of what you should do or allow in your life. Why? Because at this point, you have enough self-worth that even if something is a part of your life, that isn’t right, you understanding the process of annihilation if needed. Basically, you have to get rid of it.
No need for validation, understanding that once you consult God and your significant other and you are at peace, that is all that matters.
Sadly, some ladies never make it on their journey to discovering the woman inside.
It’s a new day, new opportunities to make things right.
We often feel that what we are going through at the time is bigger than the world itself and that everything in our life stops. However, life goes on whether we like it or not, bills must be paid, children must be attended to, and life happens.
You must have a vision for your life. The Bible says, write the vision and make it plain. (Habakkuk 2:2). Take time to work on your vision, dreams, and aspirations no matter what life brings you.

You are the solution to someone else’s problem. Someone is depending on you to become the true woman you are designed to be. The longer you wait, it could lead to someone dying. This is how crucial it is to you finding yourself could be.
What makes you different? What makes you stand out? What is your purpose on earth? These are questions to ponder.
Often times we settle, settle in toxic relationships, dead-end jobs, mediocrity never expecting anything great or better.
Sometimes the call is greater than you. When you are set apart and different, you won’t fit in. Remember diamonds were made through intense pressure and heat, and they can be rough around the edges.
It always seems impossible until it’s done, as said by Nelson Mandela.
Don’t live with regrets and only live in the present.
The Bible says, in Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. What are you lacking? Have you invested in yourself through research, education, being mentored and self-improvement exercises such as reading books and listening to podcasts, to name a few?
Women are the ones to change the world, why do I say that because women are the nurturers, they groom and teach the children prior to becoming adults. Changing one life changes a community and can change the world.
When asked what surprised him most about humanity the Dalai Lama answered… “Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die and then he dies having never really lived.”
Sometimes we find ourselves unhappy and frustrated with life, in that time of despair, reminisce on happy thoughts. Think about things that will put you in a happy space, be appreciative for the little things, like waking up this morning, having children, having a job, etc. There are plenty of things we could look at and be grateful for. Yes, some days will be challenging because life isn’t perfect, even at that moment understand that you are still here. Having the opportunity to make that very moment better depending on your actions. Keep in mind reactions of today can be the consequences of tomorrow. Life is full of endless opportunities. Which one will you take to seize? We always have time to make things right if we are breathing and now is always time to seize every opportunity whether it’s spending more time building memories with your family, bettering yourself to be you, you desire to be, and many other countless things. You know what opportunities are right for you to seize them and make them happen. Just do it even if you are fearful and feel you don’t have a plan. Find a mentor and accountability partner, someone who will assist you on your journey to self-advancement. You are your best investment and don’t allow anyone to make you think differently or that you aren’t qualified enough.
You must have a vision and purpose for your life. Don’t just live for the present because the future is coming whether we like it or not. So, as I said before, the decisions you make now will be either your consequences or successes for the future, your tomorrow. Be intentional in everything you do and dream on purpose. Understanding that you have a purpose given by the Creator to do amazing things.
